London: Friday, 25 June 2010:Chi-Med was informed on 24 June 2010 that Professor Christopher Huang, Independent Non-executive Director of Chi-Med, purchased 2,475 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each in Chi-Med (the "Shares") at a price of GBP3.20 each on 22 June 2010.
