These shares form part of the Company's share buy-back programme announced in the Full Year Results on 9 March 2023. In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a full breakdown of the individual purchases of ordinary shares made by Jefferies on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme is detailed below.
To date, Harbour has purchased 28,870,820 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation in connection with this buyback programme.
