Harbour announces that Simon Henry, Senior Independent Director, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 288.09 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Simon Henry holds a direct interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
