Harbour announces that Alan Ferguson, Non-Executive Director, and his wife Sarah Ferguson have purchased 14,203 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 352.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Alan and Sarah Ferguson hold a direct interest in 14,203 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
