Harbour announces that Belgacem Chariag, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 178.255 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Belgacem Chariag holds a direct interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
