Result of EGM
Hayward Tyler Group plc (AIM: HAYT), the specialist engineering group, is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed by Shareholders enabling the Board to authorise an interim initial dividend to be made in due course.
Separately the Company is pleased to report that its Luton based business also won two awards at this year's Manufacturer of the Year Awards. Competing against companies such as Rolls Royce and Weir, Hayward Tyler Ltd was the winner in both the Young Manufacturer of the Year and the Information, Communication and Technology categories.
