Result of Open Offer

On 2 November 2015, Haydale (AIM: HAYD) announced details of a proposed Fundraising and additional subscription to raise gross proceeds of approximately £6.0 million, including an Open Offer of up to 625,000 New Shares at a price of 160 pence per share.

The Open Offer closed for acceptances at 11.00 a.m. on 20 November 2015 and the Company is pleased to announce that it has received valid acceptances in respect of 568,041 Open Offer Shares from Qualifying Shareholders which includes applications for 260,658 Open Offer Shares under the Excess Application Facility. This represents 90.9 per cent. of the Open Offer Shares offered. The 56,959 New Shares not taken up by Qualifying Shareholders under the Open Offer have been placed with certain institutional investors pursuant to the Conditional Placing.

The Fundraising remains conditional, amongst other things, on shareholder approval, such approval being sought at a general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 November 2015 at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.
