PDMR Shareholding notification
The Company announces that it has received notification of a change in registered holding of restricted securities from David Banks, non-executive chairman of the Company, through a transfer from his own name into his SIPP. On 12 April 2019, Mr Banks sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.9675 pence per Ordinary Share and, on the same day, Mr Banks' SIPP purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.0 pence each. Mr Banks interest in Company remains unchanged at 541,667 Ordinary Shares.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
