Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that, further to the purchase by David Banks, Non-Executive Chair, of 1,014,415 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the open offer announced yesterday, Mr Banks has notified the Company that yesterday afternoon he purchased a further 735,585 Ordinary Shares at 1.93p through his SIPP, increasing his interest in the Company to 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
