Director/PDMR Shareholding
Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it has been notified that Stephen Gutteridge, Chairman of Nighthawk, has increased his beneficial interest in the Company following a purchase of ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Shares") in the Company by his wife, Mrs Mary Anne Gutteridge. In addition, Stuart Eaton, Non-Executive Director, of Nighthawk has also today increased his holding of Shares. The number of Shares purchased and the resultant holdings are set out below:
