Notification of transactions by Directors/PDMRs
The Company announces that on 26 April 2016, an award of Free Shares under the Share Incentive Plan (SIP) was made to all employees who were employed by the Company and any subsidiaries at the award date.
Under the terms of the Free Shares award, employees were entitled to £1,000 worth of ordinary shares in the Company with reference to a share price of £2.62, being the closing price of the shares on the date of grant.
The shares awarded are subject to a three year holding period.
The executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility participated in the SIP and details of their individual awards and current shareholdings in the Company are set out in the table below:

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on its Main Market for listed securities.
