CFO Appointment

The Gym Group plc announces that Mark George has been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mark will join the business and the Board on 31 October 2018.

Mark has held senior roles in finance, strategy and general management in a number of leading consumer businesses including Tesco, Asos and most recently Auto Trader PLC, where he was Deputy CFO and a member of the Operational Leadership Team. He started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.

There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
