Gyrus Group PLC31 July 2007 GYRUS GROUP PLC ("the Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with Section 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, theCompany, a leading supplier of medical devices to reduce trauma andcomplications in surgery, would like to notify the market that as at 31 July2007, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company were as follows: 148,011,038 Ordinary 1p shares with voting rights attached (one vote per share); and 2,646,370 Deferred Redeemable 50p shares without voting rights attached.
