Grant of options under the GYG plc Performance Share Plan
GYG plc (AIM: GYG), a market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces that, in line with the proposal set out in the results for the year ended 31 December 2019, options were granted on 18 August 2020 to the following PDMRs under the GYG plc Performance Share Plan 2017 at an exercise price of £0.002 per share.
