Grant of options under the GYG plc Performance Share Plan
GYG plc (AIM: GYG), a market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces that, in line with the proposal set out in the Admission document, nil-cost options were granted on 11 July 2017 to the following PDMRs under the GYG plc Performance Share Plan 2017 at an exercise price of £0.002 per share.
