Gyrus Group PLC06 June 2006 Gyrus Group PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company today announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange andUKLA for 1,042,859 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("the Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the LondonStock Exchange. The Shares have been issued on various dates since 23 May 2005pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company. It is expected that admission of the Shares will occur on 8 June 2006.
