Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been advised that on 5 April 2017 Dimitris Raptis, a director of the Company, acquired 5,815 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €6.75 per ordinary share.
Following the above share purchase, Mr Raptis has an interest in 358,222 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.4 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
