Half-yearly Report for the six months ended 30 September 2023

The Directors are pleased to attach the Company's Half-yearly Report for the six months ended 30 September 2023.

The Company's unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share is 95.91p as at 30 September 2023.

Subsequent to 30 September 2023, the Company has raised £560,500 under its offer for subscription and an allotment of shares is scheduled for 30 November 2023 with the subscribers taking advantage of the early bird discount of 1% which applies until 31 January 2024.
