Board Change

Further to the statement in GVC's 2018 annual general meeting notice, the Company announces that after 10 years serving as a Non-executive Director, Karl Diacono today steps down from the Board. The Board is currently in the process of selecting a new Independent Non-executive Director and an announcement will be made once the selection and appointment process has concluded.

Lee Feldman, GVC's Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of all my GVC colleagues, I would like to thank Karl for his service and contribution over the last decade. He's been with us through an exciting corporate journey and he will be missed. The Board wishes him well for the future."
