Director/PDMR Shareholding
Gusbourne (AIM: GUS) was notified on 22 July 2020 that Mr. Ian Robinson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his PCAs undertook the following share transactions at nil consideration (the "Transfers").
On 22 July 2020 Mr Robinson transferred 93,914 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse. In addition, Mr Robinson's son transferred 41,210 Ordinary Shares from an investment account to an ISA account and Mr Robinson's daughter transferred 41,210 Ordinary Shares from an investment account to an ISA account.
Following the Transfers there is no further change to Mr. Robinson and his PCA's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares in the Company, which stands at 522,753 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Gusbourne PLC ("the Company") is engaged, through its wholly owned subsidiary Gusbourne Estate Limited (together the "Group"), in the production and distribution of a range of high quality and award winning English sparkling wines from grapes grown in its own vineyards in Kent and West Sussex.
