GUS PLC30 August 2005 GUS plc ("THE COMPANY") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING GUS plc has received notification that Don Robert, a director of the Company, has today exercised options in respect of 173,151 Ordinary shares in the Company.The options were granted on 6 June 2002 at a price of 653p per share under theCompany's North America Stock Option Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Robertsold these shares at a price of 921.5p per share.This notification was made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(b).
