APPROVAL OF GUARANTY TRUST HOLDING COMPANY PLC'S HALF-YEAR AUDITED ACCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT JUNE 30.2025

Lagos, London - August 5, 2025: Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("the for quoted companies and the disclosure obligations of the London Stock Exchange, Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc ("the Company") hereby informs the NGX and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting which held on Thursday, July 31 , 2025, considered and approved the Half-year Audited Accounts and Financial Statements ("the HAFS") for the period ended June 30, 2025.

Interim dividend for the period was approved by the Board, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria ("the CBN 't).

Further to the approval of the Board, the Company is required to forward the HAFS to the CBN for approval, prior to the release of the results.

The Nigerian Exchange Limited, the London Stock Exchange and the Investing public shall be duly notified after the approval of the CBN is obtained, in respect of the HAFS and interim dividend.
