Genesis Emerging Markets Fund Limited (the 'Company')
Final dividend - exchange rate
Further to the announcement on 13th November 2018 in respect of shareholder approval for the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 30th June 2018, the sterling equivalent of the declared dividend of 19.0 US cents will be 14.7561 pence per Participating Preference Share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.28760.
The dividend will be paid on 21st December 2018.
