Genesis Emerging Markets Fund Limited (the "Company")
Completion of Tender Offer The Company announces that the acquisition by the Company of 13,496,306 participating preference shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the tender offer launched on 19 July 2018 (the "Tender Offer") has now been executed, with all Shares being repurchased by the Company and cancelled.
Payment to shareholders of the Tender Offer consideration is expected to be despatched today, 3 September 2018.
Following the acquisition and cancellation of the tendered Shares by the Company, the Company's issued share capital consists of 121,466,754 Shares carrying one vote each. Â The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, as from today, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 121,466,754.
