Bulk Sampling Plant arrives in Baja and General Update
The Company is pleased to advise that its bulk sampling plant has started to arrive in Baja and barring heavy rain will be set up next week with the Baja bulk sampling program commencing shortly thereafter. The issues of logistics on the ground remain challenging given the Company can only deploy minimum manpower when moving the plant to minimise the risk of exposure to Ebola.
The artisanal sponsorship of the gold mining in Rowaka is ongoing, with the two wash plants now working, despite progress being hampered by technical breakdown and rains.
Golden Saint Diamonds SL Ltd is continuing negotiations to provide sponsorship to more local artisanal miners as a way forward in engaging and encouraging more locals to keep on working, while at the same time progressing Golden Saint's interest in Sierra Leone.
