Director's Shareholding 

The company was notified on 28 July 2008 of the purchase on 28 July 2008 by John Kelly, Director of the company, of 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the company ("shares") at a price of 390 pence per share. As a consequence, John Kelly's shareholding in the company, including family interests, is 3000 shares representing 0.01388 per cent of the existing share capital of the company.
