GSH Group PLC01 August 2006 1 August 2006 GSH Group plc Trading Update GSH Group plc ("GSH" or "the Group"), the international provider of bespokefacilities management and energy management solutions, is pleased to provide thefollowing update on current trading ahead of its preliminary results for theperiod end 31 July 2006. The Group will announce preliminary results on 18thNovember 2006. The Board is confident that the full year results will be significantly ahead ofcurrent market expectations. Since the announcement of the interim results in March 2006, the Group hascontinued to take advantage of current market conditions and has seen strongdemand for its product offering both in the UK and internationally. GSH UK continues to trade strongly. Major blue-chip contract wins in the periodincluding Vodafone, Xerox, Abbey and My Travel have been successfully mobilised. The integration of AF Worxgroup, the fabric maintenance business acquired inFebruary 2006, has been achieved ahead of schedule and the Board is pleased toreport that synergies have already been secured in the period. The forward order book and the pipeline for new contracts remain strong.
