Purchase of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that, on 11 October 2023, it purchased for holding in treasury 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each at a price of £0.760344 per share in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2023.

Following this transaction, the Company has 1,950,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and 420,548,890 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of shares in issue is 422,498,890.

The total of 420,548,890 shares in circulation may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
