Dividend declaration
The Board of directors of VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.38p per Ordinary Share with respect to the period 1 March 2023 to 30 June 2023, as scheduled below:

The Company reaffirms the annual dividend target of 5.52p per Ordinary Share for the year beginning 1 January 2023*.
