Notification of medical leave of Mr. Tayo Aderinokun.
Our attention has been drawn to various concerns in the public domain regarding the state of health of the Managing Director of our Bank, Mr. Tayo Aderinokun.
In view of the Bank's policy of running an open and transparent organization, we have notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that our Managing Director is indisposed and currently on Medical Leave.
We would like to assure the investing public and other stakeholders of the Bank that the operations of the Bank continue to run smoothly and without hitches in his absence, as the Bank has in place a well defined governance structure which ensures that there are no disruptions to the Bank's operations in the absence of any of its principal officers.
