At the EGM, Lord Marsh, Chairman, commented: "Firstly, as outlined in theAdmission Document dated 2 October 2006, I would like to welcome Julian Hardy tothe Board of the Company as Sales Director. Julian has over 30 years'experience in the automotive sector - latterly as general manager of PorscheCentre Reading. As sales director of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited since January2006, he has contributed significantly to the success of the Porsche retailoperation in Qingdao, China. "Secondly, I would like to announce that, following the successful completion ofthe acquisition of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited, I intend to resign asnon-executive Chairman and from the Board with effect from 31 October 2006. TheBoard is currently considering some other high quality candidates to be the newchairman and will make an announcement in the very near future. Application has been made for the issued share capital of the Company, asenlarged by the acquisition, comprising 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1peach, to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc("AIM").
