Sustainability Report

Molten Ventures plc (LSE: GROW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing disruptive, high-growth technology companies, is pleased to announce the publication of its FY26 Sustainability Report (the "Report").

The Report sets out Molten's ongoing commitment to, and progress in delivering, its sustainability strategy across three main areas of influence: responsible investment, active portfolio management and internal operations, while continuing to align with leading sustainability and climate frameworks.

Over the twelve months to 31 March 2026, Molten delivered strong progress against its sustainability targets, including:

- 100% of IC papers for new deals included an assessment of positive environmental and/or social impact

- 86% of In-Scope Portfolio Companies had a sustainability risk and opportunity assessment completed in FY26

- 86% response rate of Molten's annual Portfolio Sustainability Framework

- 88% of In-Scope Portfolio Companies implement energy efficiency measures within their business

- 95% of the pipeline tracked for diversity data in FY26

- Six Certified B Corps across our portfolio

- Nine new hires between March 2025 and June 2026 as we build our team and culture

The Report also includes Molten's updated frameworks including SECR Statement, TCFD disclosure, and mentions the FY27 sustainability KPIs, the achievement of which continues to form part of executive and all staff variable remuneration.
