Result of Annual General Meeting

Dublin, London, 4 December 2015 | At the Annual General Meeting of Green REIT plc ("Green REIT" or the "Company") held today at The Conrad Dublin Hotel, Dublin 2, Ireland all of the resolutions considered and voted upon by the shareholders were duly passed.
The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the meeting circulated to shareholders on 11 November 2015.
