Holdings in Company
GoldStone Resources Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 25 May 2011 that Unity Mining Limited ("Unity"), formerly Bendigo Mining Limited, is now the beneficial holder of 74,414,466 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 33.46 per cent. of the issued share capital. Details of the transactions which effected relevant changes (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) in Unity's holding are set out below:
