GoldStone Resources LtdΒ ("GoldStone" orΒ theΒ "Company")Β announcesΒ that Dr.Β Lawrie Minter, DirectorΒ of Geology ofΒ GoldStone,Β resignedΒ from the Board of Directors of the Company onΒ 28 February 2009Β for personal reasons.
Dr.Β Minter has indicated his willingness to continue assisting and advising the Company as an external consultant, in particular with reference to those projects which fall within hisΒ ambitΒ of expertise, namelyΒ palaeoplacerΒ sedimentology.
His valuable contributionΒ to the Company's past exploration projectsΒ isΒ greatlyΒ appreciated and the CompanyΒ looks forward to drawingΒ on his internationalΒ expertise in the field ofΒ geologyΒ in the future.Β
Following Dr. Minter's resignation, theΒ Board isΒ satisfied thatΒ the combination ofΒ hisΒ future consulting services and the inputs of Dr.Β Hendrik SchloemannΒ as Director of Exploration and New BusinessΒ Development, will ensure a seamless continuation of all projects, existing or planned.
