Notice of Results - Update

 

Further to the announcement of 26 April 2024, GRIT announces that the Company does not now expect to release its audited results for the period ended 31 March 2024 by 31 July 2024.

As this is later than is required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules this would ordinarily result in the suspension of the Company's shares. However, the Company's shares are already suspended, for the reasons outlined in the announcement of 20 March 2024

The Directors would like to thank all stakeholders for their continued patience as the Board continues to strive to achieve a successful outcome for all shareholders and stakeholders and will update the market as soon as practicable.
