The Company announces that Cathy Pitt, Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 21 June 2023, has sold 5,929 ordinary shares at a price of 147 pence per share and then acquired 6,773 ordinary shares at a price of 147 pence per share.
In total Cathy Pitt will have an interest in 37,702 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0066% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
