Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Grainger plc announces that further to the announcement made on 13 December 2016 and pursuant to the Grainger 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan, that in respect of the shares that vested on 9 December 2016, the following sale of ordinary shares by Nick Jopling took place on 10 January 2017 at a price of 240.1p in order to fund the resulting tax liability. Grainger plc was notified of this transaction on 11 January 2017.
