Director’s Shareholding

The Company writes to confirm that on 27 May 2010 Robin Broadhurst purchased 12,000 5p Ordinary shares in the company at a price of 112p per share, which purchase has increased his total shareholding in the company to 90,000 shares (0.02%).

We also confirm that Mark Greenwood, who will be joining the board on 13 September 2010 purchased 10,000 shares at 115p on 27 May 2010, which shares represent his total shareholding in the company.
