Grainger plc (the "Company")
Further to the release of the Company's Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 September 2014 on 20 November 2014 which included the announcement that Andrew Carr-Locke will, subject to normal FCA considerations, be joining the Board as an independent non-executive director following the AGM in February 2015, the Company confirms that Andrew Carr-Locke is currently, and has been since 2009, a non-executive director of Dairy Crest Group plc.
There are no further details that are required to be disclosed in respect of his appointment under LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
