Debt capital markets issue
Grainger, the UK's largest quoted residential property owner and manager, announces that it is today commencing meetings with debt investors in connection with a possible bond issue. This follows the Company's statement in its results for the year ended 30 September 2013, issued on 7 November 2013, that it is considering diversifying its funding sources and accessing the debt capital markets.
