Board appointment
Grainger plc, the UK's largest listed residential property company, announces today that Michael Brodtman will join the Board as a non-executive director on 1 January 2023.
In his most recent role, Michael was Chairman of the UK advisory arm of CBRE, having spent a 40-year career at the agency. Michael led its valuation and operational real estate departments, growing specialist teams in emerging sectors and internationally. He moved into the role of chairman in January 2020 and retired on 30 June 2022.
Michael has also held a non-executive director position at Places for People, the housing association, from 2016 to 2019, and is currently a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Trustee of Jewish Care, the health and social welfare charity serving London's Jewish community.
