Goldenport Holdings Inc07 September 2007 Goldenport Holdings Inc. Athens, 7th September 2007 Vessel Acquisition Acquisition of a Sub-Panamax Container Vessel Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company") (LSE: GPRT) announcesthat it has agreed to acquire one sub-panamax container vessel from theunaffiliated third party Fairwind Navigation SA, of Panama for an aggregate purchase price of US$ 19.2 million. The employment of the vessel will beannounced in October 2007 when Goldenport has taken delivery.
