Total Voting Rights

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company") notifies that the issued share capital as at 29 May 2012 consists of 93,619,645 shares of common stock with a nominal value of US$0.01 each. The Company holds 427,887 shares in treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 93,191,758

The above figure of 93,191,758 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Shareholders are reminded of the obligation to notify the Company of the acquisition or disposal of holdings of voting rights in the Company resulting from shareholdings or through direct or indirect holdings of relevant financial instruments under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules published by the Financial Services Authority.
