Scrip Dividend Reference Price

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the fully paid shares to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the 2010 interim dividend will be 119.65 pence per share.

The reference price is calculated as the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's shares as derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on 8 September 2010, being the Company's Ex-Dividend Date for the 2010 interim dividend.

A shareholder electing for the scrip dividend alternative rather than cash would receive one new share for every 66.7 shares registered in their name on the Record Date. A balancing cash payment will be made for any fractions of new shares that would be received under the scrip dividend alternative.

The detailed terms of the scrip dividend alternative for the 2010 interim dividend and details of the Company's scrip dividend mandate scheme will be set out in the circular to be sent to shareholders on or around 21 September 2010.

The opportunity to elect to receive the scrip dividend in place of the cash dividend is not being offered to any person who is, or whom the Company believes is, resident in the United States of America, Canada, Australia, the Republic of South Africa or Japan or their respective territories or possessions (subject to applicable exemptions) or in any jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom where the offer requires compliance by the Company with any governmental or regulatory procedures or any similar formalities. Further details related to the eligibility of shareholders to elect to accept the scrip dividend alternative will be set out in the circular.
