Sale of a Dry Bulk Vessel
Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of dry bulk and container vessels, announces today the sale of a dry bulk vessel.
The Company completed the sale of the 2009-built dry bulk vessel 'Ermis' and delivered the vessel to the new owners, the unaffiliated third party, "Denali Shipping LP" of Majuro, Marshall Islands for a gross cash consideration of US$9.345 million. The net sale proceeds will be applied towards the repayment of debt secured against the vessel.
