In accordance with DTR3.1.4(R)(1)(a), Goldenport Holdings Inc. ('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that on 17 June 2014, Alexis Stephanou, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 5,000 shares of common stock in the Company with a par value of US $0.1 per share, at a price of GBP 3.35 per share.Β
Following this purchase, Alexis Stephanou has a beneficial interest in 47,788 shares of US$0.1 each, representing 0.51 per cent of the Company's total share capital.
Goldenport was notified of this transaction onΒ 17Β June 2014.
