("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 111,965 new ordinary shares of common stock of USD 0.01 each arising under the terms of the Company's Annual Incentive Plan. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 16 March 2011 and will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary stock of the Company.
Immediately following admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 91,282,438.
