Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 1,537,091 shares of common stock of USD 0.01 each arising under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Program as approved in the AGM held on 12 May 2010. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 17 May 2010 and will rank equally with the existing issued common stock shares of the Company.

Immediately following admission, the total number of Common Stock Shares in issue will be 72,473,898.
