The Company announces that on Monday 4 June 2018 it granted awards under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan. The awards were granted as nil cost options which are subject to criteria relating to the Company's performance over the three year period commencing on the date of grant.
The 428,073 Ordinary Shares of 15 5/19 pence, granted under the Company 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan were allocated as follows:
